That would be just a hair over a 3mm adjustment per click. Most MILL scopes will adjust 1/10 or 10 mm per click at roughly the same distance.

If you just use your software to setup your shot and then just use your reticle to hold off if the shot is off then it won't matter if you are using MIL/MOA.
